Hey, I’ve been back on a Roller Coaster Tycoon kick recently and was thinking how cool it would be to ride the coasters in VR. I know there are some simple games with pre-made coasters and Udon Tycoon in VR Chat, but the UIs are kinda clunky. I think it would be awesome if they made a game like RCT3 where you play most of it normally, but then you could switch to POV mode in VR to experience the rides. Would that be too hard to develop?
Track Craft is the closest to what you’re talking about. They’re looking for new ideas too, so you could pitch that to them!
At the moment, I think the best bet is the Unity injector getting to a similar place to where UEVR is. Then, you could probably play Parkitect with it. Could be a long wait, though.
