Seeking Software Solutions for Project Management and Team Collaboration

Hello i’m managing a growing team, and we’ve been struggling to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and overall project progress. Our current system of using spreadsheets and email threads is becoming chaotic and inefficient.

I’m looking for software solutions that can help with:

  1. Project Management: Tracking tasks, deadlines, milestones, and project timelines.
  2. Team Collaboration: Allowing team members to communicate, share files, and collaborate in real-time.
  3. Integration: Integrating with other tools we use, like Google Drive, Slack, and Outlook.

We’re a small team (about 10 people), but we need something scalable as we continue to grow. Preferably, the solution should be user-friendly and not too expensive.

Check out Asana or Trello. They are easy to use, great for team collaboration, and integrate with tools like Google Drive. They’re perfect for keeping track of tasks and deadlines without breaking the bank.
