Recommendations for the Best AR Glasses for Work

Hello everyone,

Am interested in getting AR glasses for work to enhance productivity and efficiency. There are so many options out there like Microsoft HoloLens, Google Glass, and others. I’d love to hear from anyone who has used AR glasses in a work setting. What are your recommendations? What features should I look for? T.I.A

Hello, @LizCampbell . Here are some AR glasses that could be recommended:

Nreal Air are lightweight AR glasses designed for everyday use. It’s also fairly priced.

Rokid Air: lightweight AR glasses that are suitable for everyday use. They have a resolution of 1920x1080 and are reasonably inexpensive.

Magic Leap 1 is more expensive, but it provides superior image quality and a broader range of view than the Nreal Air or Rokid Air. Its resolution and field of view are far higher, but it is larger and has a shorter battery life.

Vuzix Ultralite. It has a very thin and light waveguide system.
3-40 degree field of view. However, ultralite is monochrome.

I’ve been exploring AR glasses to boost productivity at work and have found that options like Microsoft HoloLens and Google Glass offer distinct advantages. From my experience, the HoloLens is great for its robust mixed reality capabilities and spatial awareness, making it ideal for complex tasks and collaboration. Google Glass, while more streamlined, excels in hands-free notifications and simpler applications. When choosing AR glasses, look for features like high-resolution displays, comfortable fit, and integration with existing workflows. Assessing the specific needs of your work environment will help determine which features are most crucial for enhancing your efficiency.

Hello, Liz Campbell. I recommend checking into the Vusix Blade range of AR glasses. They are a viable option for boosting a current workflow.

You literally spoke my mind on this! I have experienced both and couldn’t look any further.
