Lumus announces Z-30 optical engine for AR smart glasses... 720x720 pixels and 3000 nits/watt?

Lumus has just introduced their Z-30 optical engine for AR smart glasses, featuring a 720 x 720 pixel resolution and 3000 nits per watt. This new engine offers a 30-degree field-of-view, which should provide major benefits for consumer use, including extended battery life and smoother visuals. I’m curious about how this technology will change the landscape for AR glasses, especially since it aims to fit within standard glasses sizes for better functionality and aesthetics.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Lumus-developed light engine in a commercial set of smart glasses that have actually been made available to the public. Am I wrong?
