I’ve been diving into a project combining AR and AI called AREAILISM, and I’m curious what everyone thinks about using tech to boost creativity! Here’s what we’re trying to do:
Raise awareness of human creativity
Put a spotlight on AR creators
Get people using AR and AI more in daily life
What’s your take on this? Has anyone tried something similar?
This sounds super interesting! I’ve always thought AR has untapped potential for art. Do you find that AI helps bring out more creativity or limits it?
Great question! For me, AI actually enhances creativity by giving me new ideas and tools to work with. It’s like having a partner in the creative process. When you combine it with AR, the possibilities really feel endless!
Totally agree with NKK! I feel like AI gives me a framework to start with, and then I can build on top of that with my own ideas. Do you feel there are any challenges to using AR and AI together?
Definitely, there are some tech limitations, especially with tools like Adobe Aero for AR. But it’s improving fast! For example, it’s a bit tricky to manage large files or get perfect precision. But once you get the hang of it, it’s very rewarding!
Good point, it can feel like a lot! I started small by using Adobe Firefly to create digital art, then animated it with AI before bringing it into AR. My advice is to start with one tool you’re comfortable with and build from there. What are you working on?
I’m working on a project using AR to create interactive art experiences in local parks! Trying to find ways to add AI to it, maybe for animations. This thread is inspiring!
Love the idea of turning iconic places into AR art with AI! I think it could really change how we experience our surroundings. Has anyone tried this in their own city?
I haven’t yet, but I’m considering it! I live near the Golden Gate Bridge, and I think it would be amazing to have an AR exhibit there. Did you get any official permissions for your Tower Bridge project, NKK?
No official permissions needed since it’s all digital! As long as you’re not physically altering the space, it’s pretty open to creative interpretations. The fun part is seeing people stumble upon it unexpectedly!
