So, I’m trying to open and see a GLB or GLTF file directly on my Android phone in AR mode. I’ve noticed that iPhone can do this with USDZ files without needing extra apps. Is it possible to do the same thing on Android? If not, is there an app I can use for this? Any advice would be appreciated!

Viewing those fancy 3D files (GLB/GLTF) directly in AR on your Android phone isn’t a thing… yet. But there are ways to trick it:
- Web thingy: Pop your 3D model online, then use a special web address to open it with Google Scene Viewer. This viewer lets you see the model in AR!
- Cool Apps: Some apps can show these 3D models, and some even let you see them in AR. But these apps might have different features or limits on how big the model can be.
Just remember, the 3D model might need some tweaks to work well in AR, and some apps might not handle giant models.
In the previewer tool, choose Scene Viewer > Load File. Select a glib or glTF file and all of its associated files (or a zip file containing these files), and click Open.
