How can I change a USDZ file into an OBJ or 3DS file?

Hey guys, Does anyone know how to change a USDZ file into an OBJ or 3DS file?

Get the Blender 3.0 beta here. It imports USDC natively. Simply import the USDC file straight into Blender after unzipping the USDZ (renaming the USDZ file to.zip and uncompressing it), then export as necessary.

Use online converters like Convertio or conversion software like Autodesk FBX Converter to convert USDZ to OBJ or 3DS. As an alternative, you may import the USDZ file into Blender or Autodesk Maya or another 3D modeling program, and then export it as an OBJ or 3DS file. During conversion, make sure the files are compatible and maintain their integrity.

Regards. I attempted to open the file, but it says unable. I have no idea why. The preview works well and Reality Converter opens.

First, you can use an online USDZ to OBJ converter like the ones provided by Aspose or GroupDocs. These free web-based tools allow one to simply upload a USDZ file and download the converted OBJ file. However, some users have reported issues with these tools not being able to open certain USDZ files.
Another option is to use the Blender 3D modeling software. Blender has a built-in USDC (Universal Scene Description Compact) importer that can handle USDZ files. You can unzip the USDZ file, extract the USDC file, and then import that directly into Blender. From there, you can export the 3D model as an OBJ or 3DS file.
Lastly, try using a 3D modeling program like Maya, which can open USDZ files natively and export them to other formats. This may be the most reliable option if the online converters and Blender are not working for your specific USDZ file.
