VR & Wellbeing... anyone using apps for mental health?

Just curious if anyone here uses any VR apps for their mental health? I’m talking about guided meditations or anything along those lines. Would love to hear your experiences!

Playne has a good VR mode. I personally prefer to meditate without a headset, but I can see how some people would find it useful. Also, social VR like VRChat and Resonite have worlds specifically for breathing exercises and relaxation.

I tried the Tai Chi app, but honestly, it was forgettable. I feel like I get a good balance from hour-long Beat Saber sessions and practicing mindfulness in real life.
