Might be best to use Snapchat. They have a custom landmarks feature. I just scanned the Las Vegas Sign. Now I can put assets around the sign and stay in place. Let me know if this is something you’d be interested in.
I have experience with AR.js and three.js. Building interactive 3D models is definitely doable. If you want to discuss how we could structure the project, let me know.
