Meta Quest games worth grabbing during the winter sale?

So I just got a Quest 3, which came with Arkham Shadow (pretty cool so far). I’ve always ignored the Meta store since I mostly stick to PCVR games through Virtual Desktop and Steam. But now with their 40% winter sale, I’m wondering—are there any exclusives I should pick up? Any suggestions?

You should check out Asgard’s Wrath II, Assassin’s Creed Nexus, Resident Evil 4, and Lies Beneath. Oh, and Ironman is pretty good too. Some of these are cross-buy, so you get both Quest and PCVR versions with one purchase. Pretty sweet deal!

Cross-buy sounds great! What exactly is Lies Beneath about? I’ve seen it mentioned a lot.

It’s a horror-action game with comic-style graphics. Super creepy but fun. Not for the faint of heart lol.

Thanks! Sounds like something I’d enjoy… maybe during the day though haha.

Lone Echo 1 and 2 are amazing if you’re into PCVR. But for standalone Quest exclusives, Asgard’s Wrath 2 is a big one right now.

Wait, what’s PCVR? I’m new to this.

Oh, it’s just VR games you play through a PC using a headset like the Quest. You’ll need Virtual Desktop or a Link cable for that.

Got it! Thanks for explaining. Guess I’ll stick with standalone for now.

Resident Evil 4 is a must if you haven’t tried it yet. Totally worth it, even if you’ve played the original.

I’ve heard a lot about RE4 VR. How’s the gameplay compared to the classic?

It’s super immersive. The VR controls make it feel like a whole new experience. You won’t regret it.

That sounds amazing. Adding it to my list for sure. Thanks!

Star Wars games are fun too if you’re into that universe. Vader Immortal is pretty short but worth trying.

Is Vader Immortal more of a story game or action-packed?

It’s a mix of both. Lots of story with some lightsaber combat. The lightsaber parts are really satisfying though.

Sweet, I’ll check it out. Lightsabers in VR sound epic.

Triangle Strategy is also worth looking into, even though it’s not exclusive. Not everyone talks about it, but it’s solid.

What’s Triangle Strategy about? Never heard of it.

It’s a strategy game with a strong story. Kinda niche, but if you like tactical gameplay, it’s worth a shot.
